Secondary offering effecting today's trading ??????

That was a bizarre last 20 minutes of trading. I looked at the last 5,000 trades and they were all done within that 20minute time frame. Veresen is coming out with a secondary offering of over 20,000,000 shares @12.40 per share and it is closing on December 13th. The secondary offering is over subscribed. Maybe that spooked the traders. Who knows for sure. Cheers
