Secondary offering effecting today's trading ??????

That was a bizarre last 20 minutes of trading. I looked at the last 5,000 trades and they were all done within that 20minute time frame. Veresen is coming out with a secondary offering of over 20,000,000 shares @12.40 per share and it is closing on December 13th. The secondary offering is over subscribed. Maybe that spooked the traders. Who knows for sure. Cheers

If they abandon this project, this company would turn into a small gem. Coverage, payout ratio, financing, every metric would improve.  They are spending millions in development costs on what appears to be a dead end or Jordan Cove while they have lots of good projects in the Montney. Heck why don't they partner with a Canadian LNG project instead since they are developing a good chunk
