Hey Beckysboss.  I remember Righand.  I bought in just under 9 and have never looked back.
I appreciate your comments on the fundamentals of this company.  Solid financials and solid growth plans always win the day.  Even if we forget about Jorden Cove the midstream projects coming on over the next 12 months, plus the enhanced pipeline opportuntiy plus the additional 400 million a year they intend to invest ensures that the dividend and share price will go up over the next 24 months.  Its a keeper for sure.
