I am taking the shares and I want to defer the Capital gain on the Veresen shares until I sell the Pembina shares in the future (gradually). I understand this would require a T2057 form submitted to CRA. My question is ----ho does this form get generated. Do I request Pembina generate the form with their info or do I fill in my part and send it to Pembina for completion/submission. Any direction would be greatly appreciated Thanks
