RE:SHARE CASH - WHEN ??????Deal will not close until PPL receives approval from the Federal Government. (Competition Act of Canada) This si likely to happen by mid October.
Today we learned how much cash we will get. Takeover price is 18.65 per share. If you selected all cash settlement you won't get 100% cash. For each VSN share you will receive $6.43 times the number of VSN shares you own. You will receive $12.22 per VSN share in PPL shares. I was overweight in VSN shares so this arrangement works great for me.
