The Pembina proposal is for LPG (propane). There is a rail line that tank cars can use to go right to the proposed site. ALA also has an LPG proposal for Prince Rupert. Because of the exisitng rail line, and because LPG facilities are smaller and use smaller tankers than LNG, I expect both could be built.
