They should have a provision or a rule that any stocks such as this that trades also on the American markets should be open for trade.

If there is a reverse split @1 for 4 as mentioned then the movement of the stock would be reflected. Eg. A move of 20 cents pre split would be 80 cents post split. IMO anyway.
