Whitecap Resources Inc. is a Canadian clean energy company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing, and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets. Its core areas include the West Division and East Division. Its West Division is comprised of three regions: Smoky, Kaybob and Peace River Arch (PRA). The properties in its Smoky region include Kakwa and Resthaven, all located in Northwest Alberta. RE:RE:RE:Take your solar back to Texas!When the wind and solar failed, it left a shortage of power ~20 -25 %. This meant a rotating "brown-out" trying to service everyone on a rotational basis. During the "brown-outs" (Ie: no electricity) the Natural Gas Plants had no electricity to funcion and hence froze in.

It may be a little simplistic but it is close to the basic facts to us commoners.
