RE:Reduce CO2 Emissions MOU / WCP PR What I get out of this is it's at least as far as I have seen , is it's the first mention of WHITECAPS NEW ENERGY TEAM doing this FEED ( front end - engineering & design ) this is a SERVICE , and is not just table talk discussion ?
Early days on the ENERGY TEAM and where it's headed , but this looks to be a step or to me it's the first mention of concrete action , and does give some direction as to where there working towards at least for now.
So here is my question ?
1) what does WHITECAP GET PAID or how is it determined ?
2) why does this press release sound more like charity for the sake of looking good in today's world , as it's all about the good it's accomplishing , witch I like sure ............................... BUT..........This is a SERVICE , its using whitecaps Human Resources, it's using the WEYBURN ASSETT , there is no mention of SERVICE FEES, or UNIT COSTS , or VOLUME FEES PER TONNE CO2 re-capture ?
I like it if it is a source of revenue or it gets us money from the government in the form of credits or who knows
Why do things of this nature always seem to focus on the geeen aspect ( once again Its good but ...) and not discuss the fees or opportunities as far as this being a serious revenue generator ?
Pardon me but these press releases always come off looking like charity work ?
