THIS makes them VERY valuable, and REALLY at this point NOT appreciated. THE value of having such programs, first of all, is NOT yet, fully reconized by our own govt. they have not put a VALUE, OR GIVEN ANY tax break, WHATEVER, on this EXTREMELY VALUABLE PROGRAM.
