Whitecap Resources Inc. is a Canadian clean energy company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing, and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets. Its core areas include the West Division and East Division. Its West Division is comprised of three regions: Smoky, Kaybob and Peace River Arch (PRA). The properties in its Smoky region include Kakwa and Resthaven, all located in Northwest Alberta. The primary reservoir being developed is the Montney resource play, mainly comprised of condensate-rich natural gas. Kaybob is located in the Fox Creek region of Northwest Alberta. RE:RE:RE:RE:Are we expecting an announcement on Monday?As much as I would love to hear an anouncement today or this week, I don't think we are there yet.

When WCP hits the 1.8 bil debt mark I have all the faith in the world they will increase divs. I would expect at that point we will be upped to between 4 and 5 cents per share monthly (likely closer to 5).

Timeline? Given today's outlook and notwithsatnding the sale of any assets, I am expecting this distribution increase to be paid or announced in Jan of 23.

Following on, if we see the price of oil maintain itself, I expect to see the additional - which should bring us up to the .068 cents per share/month in the June/July timeframe when we hit 1.3.

Just throwing numbers and dates out there based on what we know, have read, are hoping for.
