just a thought?

just a thought?been a long term holder, and even i find myself confused by the slow assent to meet the analyst forecasts now that oil hoovers around 90  1). Do we have to wait for 3rd quarter results to " punch in " a re rating- then we see 10 per cent in one day.

or 2) did so much hot money ( hedge funds) abandon the cause in the summer- and need a quarter before they case?

but if oil stays above 90 for longer term-3)  whitecap will  be minting additional cash that will need to be given back to shareholders. So do we only see capital growth inversely from increased nominal distributions to equate to a 6% yield. If so, this quarters numbers should be interesting . Production growth next year should be solid also.

looking forward to the quarter.
