You know some of us are pretty excited tonight ! Well , there likely won't be any surprises . There could be a dividend Announcement ?
I won't be to surpsised if they don't , given the management seems calculated , so this would lead me to think next quarter. My own opinion as arm chair CEO is it depends on my plans or what Is in the pipe line for deal flow !
So higher share price ( brought on by a nice dividend increase ) would allow my buying power using shares to purchase bolt on barrels of ? Another Company .
If there a little longer out in there thinking , and have no deals working , they might be better off with a lower Share price ( no exciting dividend increase ) to BUY BACK SHARES .
I feel like they will announce numbers at the higher end of expectations, and a earnings beat would be nice.
The insider buying even with the recent run up , has had me, and I am sure some of you thinking ? Something Positive is coming.
