Great . buy as much HOD as you can, mortgage the house becaause $ 150 usually equals $ 30 in a few months.  Then when it's $ 30 , flip to HOU and ride it out until you can retire . It takes guts and a lot of sleepless nights , but this strategy would have proven very successful  many times historically .   I made a fortune shorting HNU a decade ago . Then the big boys caught on ...more
