This is what happens when Mr. Market doesn't think an earnings resport communicates enough respect for shareholders.  Also doesn't help when you highlight an increasing rig count in a market that frowns on growth over investor returns.  Right or wrong... that's the perception today.

It's also worth noting that despite the fact that oil is up $2.00/bbl, this is a not a positive market day in the energy sector (3/4 of my energy holdings are in the red). Aside from SU and CEU (which I don't own), the only one of my holdings having a solid positive day is SES based on their earnings. GLTA
