Pierre even with lower oil - Gas prices , the debt targets to dividend payout model they are suggesting to there shareholders will be achieved , and  in a much lower oil - Gas environment this might take longer you are most correct.  You have been here as long a so can remember , before me for sure , and therefore you have seen some already excellent increases in dividend pay outs.
