Paid monthly , what's not to like. Sooner or later we will get a bid. Maybe when Gic rates start to slacken off a bit. I did notice the 5.5 yields have come down to around 5. Maybe once they get into the 4ish range we will get some buyers.

Agree time to buy is now , at least it's darn close. I wish I could add more but am over exposed to Wcp as it is and you never know what can happen .
