You are correct, it will take time to legalize mj, now all provinces are preparing for legalization. Especially in BC the Van police have ben briefed on how to handle small amounts of mj. The city of Van gets $30,000 per year for each mj outlet. Its obvious the province of BC is willing to adapt immediately. It's basically legal now.
