shorts can definitely trigger thos breakers so that's why whoever does wins or lose.. I mean look at intraday chart.. if you just bought right after halt you could scalp 5- 10% easy.. that is rigged to me.. it happened three times today how often we can make this kinda profit intraday trading.. first trading resume at 10.47 and halt just few minutes later doesn't make sense at all..
