When CGC is low and you convert your high MT shares, what do you get?

Answer: confused.  Which leads to panic.

Safer to just stick with CGC.

What you get is NO DEAL. If the sp of MT is higher than 71% of CGC's sp why would you want this deal. Of course, MT shares would then plummet after the deal was cancelled, so, roll them dice!

Wouldnt they still vote for the deal considering they know the plummet down to $6 is happening for sure if the deal falls through?
