I think he was a little premature with his prior call outs of the champ but I like where his head is at. I think the provinces are relying on the majors to confirm they have the goods and ability to continue producing the goods. When the big 3 and maybe a couple of other organized provinces declare confidence we will get our date. The funny and scary part in my opinion is that the rec is the icing on this cake. The real prize is turning out to be GLOBAL medical. The narative on cannabis seems to have changed overnight. CNN and a positive piece??? They intentionally made Sessions look like an azz. I liked it.
