The Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, persists and signs: despite the recommendations of Senate committees, including delaying the legalization of cannabis, he assures that there is no question of departing from the schedule.


how many times has this drama wheel spun over the last year?  Nice to see CBC at least caring enough to report Trudeau's actual position.
