imo NYSE will be the bigger pop due to the fact that legalization is already factored in to the sp. But maybe institutions are waiting for the june 7th vote im not sure but if i managed one of these institutions i would already know what will happen in the vote and either be buying or selling before june7th. Looks like a lot of buying so we might be in the clear!
