It was a great day. My day started when I arrived @ the facility to find out that the tickets were sold out. So as I started to make my way to the Event entrance from Tweeds Visitor Center, I ran into Bruce. I was a little bit caught off guard. After following this company for over 3 years, and watching every one of Bruces' interviews over and over again over the past few years, I felt a bit starstruck. LOL. I have alot of respect for this man. He is the face of this industry and is a big part of the reason why we are here today. He has great vision, and has done this industry good. I had so many things to ask him, but more importantly just wanted to have a conversation with him. Next time will go much better. Bruce ended up getting me a ticket to the event and I made my way back to the newly renovated Visitors' Center. Tweeds' Visitor Center is 1 of a kind. Its truly a must see. I spent $420 in the store on shirts for myself and the GF. Nothing like whats being sold on their website. The style of the clothing is great. The coffee shop is great, and the walkway to tour the different stages of growth that the plants go through is very informatitve to someone who knows nothing about cannabis. It shows visitors the stages a plant goes through from seed to harvest. Everything in the Visitors Center was very modern and sleek full of style.
I ended up being in front of Tweeds Visitors Center when Snoop rolled up in his tour van shortly after 9pm. I posted pics and vids on the facebook page as well. Bruce and Mark hung around the Van to greet Snoop after he finished up his "Smoke"....and then another "Smoke". LOL
Great night and look forward to next months AGM. Hopefully I can get a few minutes with Bruce. Hopefully you can appreciate from the pics I took what they just did to that Visitors Center!
