Nope to boht - there synethic co is going it alone without backing right now. Ive heard about 5 companies in the North America chasing the synthetic CBD/THC dragon.

No the Chinese company is using Chinese Gov't patented Super Hemp (theyve been growing for awhile) but they are backed by Singapore/Australia in regards to their extraction technology. Not public.
