RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Weed vs ACB

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Weed vs ACBNot saying anything about ACB being better or worse but CB now has effective control of Canopy according to this definition:

a situation where someone owns a large number of shares in a company, but less than 50 per cent, and so in effect controls the company because no other single shareholder can outvote him or her

In my experience, there can be effective control with a much smaller percentage than 50% in the case of a widely held public company.

Constellation Brands is no more entitled to the profits of canopy then we are as investors. As of right now that's all constellation is ........... An investor. Good luck, dont say I didn't warn you.

ACB has already bought the BEST of the BEST of companies for future growth. WEED will have to waste 5 billion on what ever they can get their hands on. ACB # 1 ....  Future Growth we WIN
