RE:bruce compared cbd to sugar and cbd will be cheap as water

So if this is a brand race why Canopy? They have no branding experts. They have nothing in their portfolio that resembles a model of "loyalty"... The only people who know and can differentiate Tweed products are on this board drooling over Bruce, but if you handed a person a blunt or a bowl they wouldnt have a DAMN clue if it was Canopy or not.

Most people in Toronto couldnt even name Tweed as a cannabis brand. So you think because they have $4B they can "build a brand" despite having no proven track record? Theres lots of companies with equivalent or even less money, but with more of ability/skill/experience.

If I had a product and $100m I could go pay a US marketing agency and say "make me a brand" and have just as much success as Canopy as being the one that is "recognized" by the market.. but guess what? There are over a hundred, probably a thousand companies trying to do the same thing.

They have money sure... but theres lots of money out there. Lots more in America, investing in American companies. There is so much to go wrong before it goes right for Canopy. I wish them the best but riding as the "leader" isnt a reason for real investors to invest in this company. Also still waiting for evidence the macro picture is going to chance..

Looking more and more like Bitcoin.
