I wouldn't be surprised if Canopy was next to get Sued after APHA and apparently, now ACB. Many more lawsuits on the way for incompliant companies and companies who duped their investors.
Only the court of law will determine if Canopy has done something illegal, until than, Share price will continue to decline. This is terrible news.
