RE:RE:RE:How high Canopy can go ?

RE:RE:RE:How high Canopy can go ?Legalizing mj for medical usage federally would permit the distribution and possession of marijuana for medical purposes. This would constitute a change in federal laws and could be defined as the "Triggering Event" for Canopy to acquire Acreage. Keep in mind, even if this wasn't interpreted as being enough to be defined as a Triggering Event, Canopy could still go ahead and waive the requirement for a Triggering event, acquire Acreage and start doing business in the USA if they felt they would not jeopardize being delisted. Once CGC is comfortable doing business in the USA, I believe we will see more acquisitions being made by CGC. Klein has already eluded to the fact that he is open to acquiring strategically. It's a lot more cost-effective to buy an existing USA MSO or leader in Florida or California, etc than to try to build out. STZ will be "all in" . Also, I agree with Krisruna, the Republicans will announce something. They can't afford to lose seats in key places as has been discussed before. Just my thoughts.
