That's because it's a clickbait headline that the msm is pushing because it sounds good.

They also changed the wording from the initial NR - it used to say largest company in the US - now it says globally.. lol

Based on forward looking "expected annual revenue of about $1 billion."

Yeah right, I liked to see that.

Their last quarter was just around US$96 million.

They'd have to be doing at least US$300 - 400+ sales each quarter to hit that lofty goal.

So based on these acquisitions they are magically going to be tripling and quadrupling revs. per quarter? haha (Not to mention they still need to integrate the acquisitions and streamline things and work out the kinks before revs. hit the bottom line. Can you say future write downs like all the current LPs?) Yep.

Also these lower exchange MSOs are all non GAAP. Don't trust their numbers until they get onto real exchanges with stritcer listing and audit guidlines.

Heard this all before. Cue empty hype and promises.
