Canopy and every other Cdn pot co has been

Canopy and every other Cdn pot co has beenfocked over by Canada's overly-protective rules and regulations.  We also have an abundance of lp weed flooding a market that is just starting to get approvals and licenses for retailers and dispensaries.  We also have posession limits for purchasing legal, inspected and safe weed.  Of course supply has exceeded the demand or rather the ability to buy legal weed.  On the bright side it is making safe weed cheaper which is going to be needed to stamp out the black market weed.  Canada built out their legalization on medical weed but hogtied it to smokable products.  We are just starting to get edibles and drinkables on shelves which I think will put the black market behind the eight ball.  Now that Canada is so over-supplied with raw product there are going to be a lot of failures which will make the better companies stronger.  Edibles and drinkables are going to be the money makers imho and Canopy is on that with a few drinks becoming available.  There is a train of thought that the US is going to eat our lunch because they are proprietary and smart operators who will only deal with other US companies.  How about an International company, Canopy who have lead the way for others in International markets.  The US can't seem to get marijuana legal in their own country despite the voting electorate wanting it.  Canopy are progressive forward thinkers anticipating the future and helping to make it happen.  Canopy is partly owned by STZ Constellation beverages and have also bought and paid for Acreage Holdings which has most of the necessary pieces that Canopy will need to be world leaders when the US gets their shyt straightened out.  There have been mistakes made by pretty much all of the potpreneurs and investors too, who drove prices up to crazy levels that wouldn't hold water under any circumstances.  Canada's pot industry is right sizing and righ valueing and the US market is going to do the same but I'm backing the well financed and most likely to succeed.  Pot venture capital is getting hugely expensive which is going to shrivel up small companies and it will be a day for the giants.  I don't think it is a stretch to say that Canopy is a giant and they have access to experienced, money making management.  Some bullboarders here need to do more due diligence to understand this because it is apparent that a lot don't.  glta and dyodd
