From Otto Lee, a FB group post: "Typical Bashers are out with the same narrative about Klein's EXCESSIVE Compensation . His pay will continue to change and rise. Each time the Basher will come back and tell you about it. IT now stands at $33 MILLION. This is just a # based on Corporate Accounting. His base pay is in the hundreds of thousands. The rest are stock based and option based. Nearly all of this Klein has been granted (which means he will get when targets are reached). He has not "earned" or "vested" yet. This happens when, a target is met, one of is if the stock increases 50% and stays there for more than 90 days after the day of grant. Another target is when CGC reaches $2.5 Billion REVS. There are other targets. Klein will be paid when he gets CGC where it needs to be. This is a fantastic pay package that we the shareholder ALL WANT Klein to attain!!!!!!!!!
