Supreme is a powerhouse with 50 percent efficiencies 1 cent kw /hr electricity and lots of land in Bruce energy centre for expansion. Anything build in this Center beside the Bruce Nuclear power plant gets this low electricity rate. Efficiencies are achieved in growing marijuana at low electricity rates.  Canopy is not getting them to grow for them. This is a buy out the name on the building changes to Canopy.
