Delisting would be very bad for investors but maybe good for the company because they could move in on the US market. The new management doesn't seem to care about the stock much so it wouldn't surprise me if they did it. They could just buy out the remaining stake in the the company and bury it in STZ and one of their companies under the holding company. It dangerous to invest in people that are not aligned with you. STZ would benefit from a declining stock price. They could take the company from investors right before US legalization on weakness. If you don't think they've thought of this you're kidding yourself
