There's billions of dollars in play

There's billions of dollars in playand relying on some kind of political effort to quickly launch the US greenrush.

If history repeats itself and it does, then the US is in the crosshairs to have an exciting and profitable time of it when the powers who be finally deal with the Federal issue of marijuana legalization, decriminalization, SAFE, MORE and whatever it takes to rapidly launch a proper US greenrush.

I don't know what will be considered legal enough for Canadian LPs to dip their feet into the US but they already have their toes in there.  Ideally some blanket InterState legislation that will make it legal for rec and pharma use with the same regulations to allow Interstate commerce like every other business has.

Biden is percolating away in the political arena with his own agenda of which marijuana and hemp is low on the list of priority list.  He's got hotter shyt than that going on with Russia having their way with him and jmho but he is going to need every vote he can muster and pot legalization just may be the way to get voters who don't care much about politics, out to vote for whoever makes it happen.

Canada launched and had an amazing amount of dollars exchange hands to support this new vice and old pharma play and are actually recieving some tax revenue to do good things with while eating some of the black market guy's lunch.  Canada took the initiative for pot legalization for rec for adults and built it off of the pharma use legislation that was already in existence.  In the process, Canada screwed up a lot of things with over-regulation and such that, in retrospect was like the keystone cops.  They are moving at the speed of politiicians to get it right albeit slowly!

The US has nurtured their hemp and cannabinoid legalization along as an inconvenience that has to be dealt with because there are medical opinions of relief and pharma use that nobody wants to be accused of denying to them in need.

The proactive players have looked into their crystal balls and established greenrush businesses using whatever angle or work around that they can in legal jurisdictions with the threat of heavy hands hanging over them from the existing Federal criminalization laws for anyone that is targeted to be made an example of.  This ideology has definately worked to scare International LPs, especially Canadian LPs fearful and untrusting that they will be in the crosshairs, to be made an example of.  This has given a huge advantage to the US MSOs although, right-sizing and right-evaluating are takin place on both sides of the border.

Canadian LPs are working their own angles with full intentions of doing business on American soil for that lucrative and large marketplace that shows promise of being very profitable for the best of the best.  Canopy has picked up US MSO companies and segwayed in with branding deals with them to produce and market our skus from our recipes and using our IP and technology with reference to a headstart on market-testing these products in Canada where it is legal.

US potpreneurs have barely scratched the surface of the potential value and uses that consumers are finding out for themselves, especially for treating ailments like pain, sleep, anxiety and seizures.  A big component is ptsd which afflicts fighting force personel who are mostly in favour of access but would probably like more information that has been tested and studied by medical professionals in labs to the degree it gets medical pharmaceutical approval by US labs that currently are marginally utilized because of the current laws.

The US has a choice of getting there rapidly with some political revamping or getting there, one State at a time as is currently happening.

US politicians have a chance to amaze the world by coming up with some momentous legislation that greases the skids for an all-out US greenrush for both rec and pharma use.  They can certainly go to school on the very successful Canadian rollout sans all of the goofy shyt that Canadian politicians and thinktankers came up with to stifle our launch at every turn that seems to have left us as barely viable from a profit standpoint, although there are a few that are still showing black ink.

The US market is ten times the size and if done properly will bring at least 10 times the bang for the buck when they get all of the tools available to every other going concern in the US like banking, brokering, borrowing and feeling safe enough to list on US exchanges where interested investors can easily buy and sell cannabinoid stocks easily.
