trying to refill my portfolio with

trying to refill my portfolio withWEED albeit at a little less than my previous bid but still above the low.  10k shares pls.

WEED has gone above $70 C twice now and I'm hoping for a hat trick with the political rumblings suggesting that our politicos are going to deal with this issue and help the new vice along.

I'm betting that the midterm race is close enough that somebody from either political party recognize that an American greenrush could get voters out who wouldn't normally vote for anyone but do have a desire to legalize the new vice that is already out of the bottle and not going back in.

Canopy has been beat down significantly to its potential future success when the politics line up with the business agenda.

Canada's people charged with setting up the rules and regulations have failed miserably and continue to move at the speed of politicians which isn't adequate for what is needed for success of major players so Canopy is looking south to the great American marketplace that is large enough such that US MSOs are having success despite the conglomeration of regional and State rules and regulations that are restraining a full charge.

Canopy and other LPs are fearful of barging in and going full bore to plant their flags and hang their shingles to announce that we are more than ready for doing business in the US with experience nurtured from International operations.

My due diligence suggests that Canopy is doing lots, as like, everything they can without risk of shareholder capital for having an American based entity with intention to maintain world leadership and build on the innovation that Canada propelled to help deal with illegal drug trade and to supply and inform consumers about a newly legal vice that may prove to be a better alternative than traditional beverage alcohol and maybe even a healthier, less adictive option than some of big Pharma's offerings.  Tobacco too!

No wonder it is taking so long!  My guess is that our established vice players might be concerned and lobbying for protection from what is to come.   That would help to explain the neverending politickin' and delay for cannabinoids from marijuana and hemp.

If it is tax dollars I believe that potpreneurs will pay fair taxes to replace what the other vices won't be able to contribute and there could be hidden silver linings of huge savings in health and welfare if consumers switch to healthier options than alcohol, pharmadrugs and tobacco.

And don't forget obesity and diabetes which about half of North America is battling.

Canopy has invested heavily in cannabinoid infused beverages and the States is the target area, where they smell success happening, at least until Canada and others will exercise fairness and a level playing field to other vices.

The democrats could come out hot on this issue of US pot politics as we lead up to the midterms but most certainly 2024.  Lots of voters are tired of the old politics getting regurgitated and the waste of time when real issues could be dealt with and new laws implemented to help legitimate businesspeople against the Cartels and Gangs.
