if it closes below a buck they have a certain amount of time to move it back over a buck or face delisting. It's not the listing that's the issue, many institutions have their own trading rules and if this closes below a buck U.S. then many of those companies traders will receive a visit from compliance and will be forced to sell. Nothing is written in stone yet, we wait to see.
