One such case took place at Smith Falls as investors gathered and were touting about their newly minted fortunes (including the town council of Smith Falls who truly thought the town cofferes would be filled forever). It is amazing how much a difference only a few years can make. I do wonder how many of these investors followed the SP all the way down...not to mention the small town of Smith Falls who I am sure are saying "What the hell just happened".
