You guys were WARNED......!!!! Many Many times over the years......where all this was headed. Anyone who falied to acknowledge those warnings or dismiss them entirely has paid the price.........and will continue to do so until they fully accept their mistakes! Now this.....meaning Canopy's dire siutation, is reaching it's EndGame and coming full circle. With the "CONFIRMED" announcement of the prospect a massive consolidation of shares, on the basis of anywhere from 5-25 to 1 (depending on the outcome of the votes at the s/h meeting!), even the most hardened, loyal cheerleader of the company has realized the magnitude of their dismal situation. This will be VERY tough to spin or dismiss even by the Whiplashes & Opti's of the world..........And if anyone of you good folks listened to ANYTHING they said over the years, you have only yourselves to blame.......
For those STILL in shock (which you should be becausde this could be seen from a mile away and was addressed many many times on here!) at this recent development and are unsure what happens next.....well....then my friends, please give ME the honors of "filling" you in and TELL YOU exactly what will go down.
First, & most obvious, the stock will be under tremendous selling pressures over the next few months because of the "prospect" of a CONFIRMED reverse split. Just how bad it will be whether only 5 to 1 (which i highly doubt it will be that low) or the MAXIMUM of 25 to 1 (which if we go by OTHERS who have done RS in the past in the sector has a high probability of happening btw!) will all depend on the major holders & debt holders of the company and their mindset. Where they want to take the comapny. Because THEY are the ones in control......
My take? I'd say at least 15 to 1 RS and a conversion of a good portion of their debt into equity, which for all intents & purposes is a HUGE double whammy for CURRENT equity holders! And i'd say by Q1 of 2024 most if not all current CAnopy holders, except the major holders like Constellation & the debt holders, will be COMPLETELY EXTINGUISHED or relieved of their equity positions & shares.....to put it more politely.........I mean if you really need more convincing with actual facts & real situations, the look at what took place with other Reverse plsits in the sector, like notables ones like Aurora & HeXXXO......
And PLEASE remember my dear friends.......even though you've taken horrendous losses here, it's STILL not too late to dump this......even now!.....because..... $1 is still $1 more in your pocket than what it will be in 12 months from now.......which is a big fat 0....ZERO.....nothing.......
