Klein has been claiming the company would be profitable before.

This won't bring the SP to $1.37 for 10 consecutive days, keeping investors at bay once again. The investors will wait to see if they go ahead with the split or ask for an extension, in the meantime the shorts will continue having a field day.

If they go ahead with a split it will be beat down, and retail investors will again end up on the losing end. Even a 5:1 would be a disaster for retail.

Great value to shareholders!!!
