There is absolutely " NO " supporting news or financial stability....

Therefore management has set the floor price of this companies core set share price after setting their target price of 4.29 !!

So there is absolutely NO REASONING about the shares trading any higher then the set 4.29 threshold !!

With the rush by the company before earnings should sound alarm bell to the market that trigger an indicator of this stock will drop after earnings 

SO WHY ????????? 
WOULD ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND BUY ANYTHING NORTH OF 4.29 ?

" STUPIDITY ? "
