It being an election year is going to influence what happens. Rate changes, policy changes, political policy on foreign affairs etc may all see unexpected changes to try and apease voters.

I read one article that indicated cannabis legalization would result in double digit gains for Biden in the polls. Kamala Harris doing the round table last week could be the Dems putting out feelers to see exactly how well it would aid their political standing.
