Maybe at some point, but currently they are years back here in Germany. To my knowledge, there is no large-scale cultivation area. This was one of the most important points of contention / arguments of the opponents for the legalization of level 2

The demand is estimated at 500 to 700 tons annually and it is not clear at the moment where this should come from.

So I think the chances are currently not bad that established providers can make a good turnover.

I am thinking along the same lines. Some will be local, some will be sourced by companies already setup there (like Canopy Medical) and some will be imported. Thinking this will remain the case for a few years until local German companies startup and prove out their product quality etc. During that time I suspect more European counties will also legalize Cannabis.
