If contacting IR also ask if the shares in Canopy USA will be tradeable on an exchange, I think the answer is NO until Nasdaq or someone else changes their rules or legalization occurs and then the company is operating a "legal" business from the point of view of the exchange(NASDAQ) - ask this question to be sure
