Some do, some don't - put a lot into technical analysis. To me, it's just another measure, but I wouldn't place total faith in any one measure.
W. Buffet said he used to use technical analysis, until he turned the chart upside down - and got the same answer.
The value in technical analysis isn't the chart - it's the person reading the chart, so what is your prediction based on your golden cross quinlash?
