"Substance use disorders are diseases, not a crimes. Democrats believe no one should be in prison solely because they use drugs. Democrats will decriminalize marijuana use and reschedule it through executive action on the federal level. We will support legalization of medical marijuana, and believe states should be able to make their own decisions about recreational use. The Justice Department should not launch federal prosecutions of conduct that is legal at the state level. All past criminal convictions for cannabis use should be automatically expunged. And rather than involving the criminal justice system, Democrats support increased use of drug courts, harm reduction interventions, and treatment diversion programs for those struggling with substance use disorders."

(1) This is their election platform. However, "Politician's promishes are made to be broken". No timeline. Also Biden himself well known for his opposition to MJ.  Trump single handidly decided everything (2) Best that can happen to us - (a)  Trump approves STATES bill before election (to raise his poll/win) (b) Second best for MJ - Trump wins but loses Senate (c) Last is -

".. reschedule it through executive action on the federal level" in the same paragraph as "legalization" is all I needed to see. Take this as a future win for all LPs. First step is reschedule then legalize medical US wide. Then the States can decide *if* they want rec. in their state. (A given, money to be made in tax revenues.) This will take time though. Need to win the

Rescheduling cannabis is definitely the kicker.  Once that happens the flood gates open and any MSO including Canopy will run up in anticipation.   Betting we run up into the close today.
