I think Starcrapper is referring to this article:  https://www.elliotlaketoday.com/national-business/cannabis-company-canopy-growth-reports-q3-loss-sales-down-from-year-ago-5043318 However, Starscrapper has a habit of twisting info.  Hong clearly said the issues lie with the Canadian market and regulations.  Yet Starcrapper twists it to reflect on the company.
