Did you read his comments? he has republican and is planning on pushing it through the lame duck congress. That is the time between the election and the time the new folks assume thier post. So even if the Dems end up not with a majority this will move ahead.

Comments from Schumer note discussions with GOP members. He may / may not have what he needs this time... regardless, IMHO it's going to happen at some point, too much pinned up demand from Consumers as well as capital investors looking to get into the Cannabis Space. JMHO Q
