Tax revenue the US could badly use

The Colorados nonpartisan Legislative Council Staff (LCS) released a report in August showing that the state generated more tax revenue from cannabis than alcohol or cigarettes during the last fiscal year. (US legalisation is just a matter of time, bottom line is they need the money.)
