Two questions to this interview - thx 🙏

https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/regulations-won-t-stop-canopy-growth-from-u-s-expansion-says-ceo-1.2059281

I have 2 questions about the interview.

First

Can someone please listen carefully between 03:45 and 04:15. It's about the interview with DK in 2022.

Did he really said that CGC is striving for half of the American market's sales once the restructuring of the CGC Group (CGC & CUSA) is completed?

I'm not a native speaker and can't classify it correctly.

If that is true and they can get close to it, you could think about the long-term value.

Secondly

If STZ converts their shares into CUSA, they will no longer be tradable.

Does this mean that the number of CGC shares is reduced and therefore the SP increases?

Thanks and GLTA

In regards to your 1st question, I think what DK is saying is the combined CUSA assets will represent roughly 50%Canopy umbrella. In regards to your 2nd question, that is a very good question as to how that is actually structured, I would recomend going to the source for proper verification. There is a line set up for specific conversion questions.

*CUSA assets will represent 50% of the sales under the entire Canopy umbrella

Thx for clarifying this. Would be surprised if it was 50% of the US demand. But think that they set a target if everything is finalized  Looks like the second question is answered as well https://x.com/henrylumencken/status/1781062198099365973?s=46 BR and GLTA
